Although quick and easy to use, LOADEST incorporates sophisticated solar algorithms and an internal database of building materials and weather data to accurately estimate cooling and heating loads for light commercial buildings.

The program installs and runs easily on computers running Windows. It is especially suited to notebook computers, enabling quick estimations in the field. Results may be graphically previewed or attractively printed on a single A4 sheet.
